In the HiveBee app, merchants click Referral partner, enter your code and click Link code.
Good to know
No cap on the number of shops, and no end date.
Plus a one-off €50 bonus for each referred merchant who upgrades to Premium and stays active for one month. Our team pays it out separately; it doesn’t appear in your portal balances.
Payments count from the date in Linked to you onward, not before.
Each commission keeps the rate that applied when it was earned.
Codes are case-sensitive. Share them exactly as shown; the copy button on your Dashboard helps.
Free-plan usage, refunds and plan changes made by the HiveBee team don't earn commission.
You can't link or unlink shops yourself. A merchant who wants to switch partners has to contact HiveBee.

Each commission is held for the holding period, then becomes Available. Once you have at least the minimum amount available, request a withdrawal and we pay it to your PayPal or bank account.

My set-password link has expired
Links last 1 hour. Use Forgot password? on the login page with the email you applied with.
A merchant's code entry fails
Check they typed it exactly, in capitals. Codes only work while your account is verified, and a shop linked to another partner can only be moved by HiveBee.
A shop is missing from My Shops
The merchant hasn't linked yet. Ask them to open HiveBee in Shopify, click Referral partner and enter your code.
A payment didn't earn a commission
Only paid payments after the Linked to you date count, and free-plan usage doesn't. New commissions sit under Maturing for the holding period.
Request withdrawal doesn't work
You need the minimum amount Available, saved payout details, a company address and no other open request. The error message tells you which is missing.
My changes aren't on the directory
Check you clicked Save changes, then reload the directory. Only verified partners are listed.
I'm locked out of two-factor login
Use a backup code on the code screen. None left? Contact us.
